Pump Features:
* Stable Start

When water is used, the pump starts operating steadily. The sensor in the inverter control center detects the appropriate water pressure required and adjusts the motor's revolution accordingly by manipulating the motor's operating frequency. This enables user's desired water pressure setting to be maintained in the most efficient manner. One major benefit of such inverter technology is that over time it would substantially reduce the electricity consumption and yield excellent cost savings for your business! * Constant and Stable
Pressure -
The water pressure will not exceed user's pressure setting. Even if the water usage is excessive and runs outside the constant pressure range, the water supply will be maintained steadily
* Dry Running Protection

When the water source suddenly becomes unavailable, the pump will
automatically stop operating and then retries to start until normal
water supply is resumed.
* Automatically Stop Operation-
When the microprocessor detects the water has been turned
off, it will reduce the revolution of pump until it stops.
* Leakage Detection and Pressure
Compensation - The inverter's microprocessor detects any
small leakages in the pipeline and adjust the revolution of pump until
the
preset pressure value is met.
Inverter Pump Duo's Special Features:
1. Single
pump operation: Initially the pressure values for both the "ON" and
"OFF" position of the system's
pressure switch need to be set. The
pump then automatically starts to boost water
when the pressure inside the connected pipeline drops below the pressure setting of
the "ON" position (i.e. when water is used) and automatically
stops when the pressure inside the pipeline reaches the pressure setting of
the "OFF" position.
2. Running
two pumps in parallel: The system will start with the first
pump. As the water demand increases to the point where water pressure
cannot be maintained by running a single pump, the second one will
kick in automatically to make up the shortfall. When the water usage
drops back to the level capable for a single pump to handle, the second
pump will stop automatically.
3. When the
water usage is little, ie. water pressure can be handled by a single
pump, the system can be programmed to use either one of the two pumps
or even rotate the running of individual pump.
4. Both
pumps are centrifugal multi-stage in design which produces very low
noise when operating. This system can be custom built to suit
customer's required pressure rating and flow.
5. The
pumps' impellers are made of stainless steel to enhance durability.
6. Comes equipped with power surge/overload protector.
