Important
Notes:
1. The use of this pump with flammable or dangerous
goods/liquids is strictly prohibited;
2. Before operation, the pump must be filled with appropriate
liquid to avoid idle running which can damage the pump;
3. Metal particles must be separated from the pumped liquid
to prevent them from entering the pump and causing damages to the
gears.
4. When connecting pump hoses/pipes, avoid using a Fast Connector to
prevent problems associated with air leaks.
5. The gear pump's Rotation
Speed can be obtained by using the following formula:
"Engine/Motor's RPM" x "Size of its Pulley" / "Size of Pulley on the
driven Equipment"..
|
"Power" as indicated in the table above refers to
the required power rating of the partnering motor as a working set.
