16T TPR(I) series Multistage Vertical In-line Pump 60HZ

Pump Applications:
This series of multistage vertical centrifugal (in-line) pumps suit various industrial applications which involves the carrying of clean and non-corrosive liquid such as water or oil. It delivers excellent water pressure boost required for process pump system, high-pressure cleaning systems and fire fighting system.

The following chart illustrates many examples of this pump's application:

Pump Construction:
This vertical multistage centrifugal pump is non self-priming and consists of a base, pump head, pump body and an outer sleeve. The base has in-line suction and discharge ports, and all seals are maintenance-free. Its impellers are fixed on the extended motor shaft which is connected to the motor with a coupling. Most of the pump's major moving components are made of stainless steel to enhance its overall reliability and durability.

Motor Specifications:
This is a fully enclosed and fan cooled 2-pole standard motor.
Installation specifications: 0.37-4.0KW,V18 ; above 5.5KW,V1
Insulation rating: F.
Enclosure rating: IP55, IP54 and IP44
60Hz standard voltages: 3x200-255/380-440V;
3x220-277/380-480V;
3x380-480V;
1x110-127/220-240V;
Stops and restarts: From 0.37KW to below 4.0KW, 30 times an hour
Above 4.0KW, 20 times an hour

Pump Operating Conditions:
Delivering liquids: non-viscous, non-flammable/explosive, with neither solid nor fiber particles, and should not cause physical or chemical damages to the pump. For liquids with higher viscosity than water, using a higher rated pump is highly recommended. Whether a pump is suitable for a certain type of liquid depends on factors such as the liquid's Chlorine level, pH value, temperature and composition amongst other factors.

Liquid temperature: -15 deg Celsius to 120 deg Celsius

Ambient temperature: Maximum of 40 deg Celsius

If the ambient temperature is over 40 degree Celsius or the place's altitude is over 1000m above sea level, the motor's heat dissipation will be not work as efficient thus causing its power output to drop. In situations like these, a higher rated pump should be used.

Minimum suction pipe pressure: the suction pipe pressure should be calculated and checked if any of the following conditions hold true:
High liquid temperature;
Flow is significantly larger than the rated maximum;
Liquid requires long suction distance;
Long suction pipe;
Liquid entry conditions are bad.
